Pulse International is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for the post of Case Coordinator/Discharge Planner in an internationally-accredited hospital in Abu Dhabi.
This is an ultra-modern tertiary care hospital, managed and operated for the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi by the Cleveland Clinic, with world-class standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the arrangement and co-ordination of plans for problematic and complex discharges from the hospital. He/she will research nursing needs and availability of relevant community resources to ensure that the needs of both client and family are met when the client is discharged from hospital. This may include the sourcing of equipment as well as services.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce reports on time are essential in this post. Ideally we are looking for a nurse with wide-ranging experience.
