Job Description:HCL International has fantastic job opportunities for Middle Grade Doctors in Anaesthesia to be based in a large NHS Trust in Devon.
The post holder will be in charge of their share of pre-operative assessment, anaesthetic management, post operative care and pain management.
They will assist in the provision of anaesthetic cover for surgical operating lists, obstetric anaesthesia and analgesia, with the acute pain service and in covering the ICU and patient transfers according to service requirements.
They will be expected to provide anaesthetic services for 4-5 operating lists per week on a flexible basis.
They will provide emergency cover, resident on-call at nights and weekends on a rotational basis, where they will flexibly cover theatres plus maternity and be available to assist in the ICU or with inter-hospital transfers. The on-call commitment will be approximately 1 in 8 with prospective cover.
Contract length: 12 months initially
Salary: 40 000 - 64 000 GBP per annum depending on experience
Requirements:- relevant experience in Anaesthesia;
- full GMC registration;
- fluent English.
