The international medical function at Nycomed seeks a Medical Adviser to support the increasing activities within the strategic therapeutic area of Tissue Management (surgery). The Medical Adviser will primarily be working with our haemostatic agent TachoSil® used in various surgical settings (see www.tachosil.com).

You have an educational background as Medical Doctor and preferably some surgical experience. We expect that you can use the English language skills at negotiation level. The position is located in Roskilde, Denmark.

The Medical Adviser team in the Nycomed Research and Development organisation is focusing on 3 working areas:

• Strategic development plans for Nycomed products
• Medical input and support to International Marketing
• Assessment of In-licensing opportunities
