Job Description:HCL International has fantastic opportunities for Middle Grade Doctors in CRITICAL CARE MEDICINE/ANAESTHESIA to be based at NHS Hospital in Sheffield.
The main responsibilities of the post lie within critical care and encompass clinical duties (in and out of hours) education, clinical governance and other responsibilities. In addition anaesthesia sessions will be offered according to personal choice and departmental needs.
Initially the post holder will be attached to Critical Care full time to undergo a period of induction and intensive supervision so that they will gain confidence and independence in order to provide clinical care with more distant supervision. The working timetable will require a degree of flexibility to include both weekday and weekend work with significant time established for professional development e.g. to undertake clinical research and audit, teaching etc..
Requirements:- Registered with GMC;
- Appropriate Post-Graduate experience in Anaesthesia/Critical Care;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
