You will hold 2 years post registration experience and be confident at prioritising workloads and directing staff accordingly whilst making efficient use of available resources
The Senior nurse will also regularly deputise for Sister, providing management and leadership in her absence and promote team working.

You will be able to use your nursing skills to assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient and family needs. The successful applicant will ensure equipment is in good working order and provide patients and families with information regarding the care and management of their condition.
