Senior Drug Safety Scientist

Senior position with an international perspective
As Senior Drug Safety Scientist you will have a central and diverse role in International Drug Safety witch is a dynamic and important department in the Nycomed organisation. Your responsibilities include preparation and reviewing of PSURs in collaboration with your colleagues, coordination of requests and planning of PSURs for Nycomed's medicinal products, and participation in the further development of PSUR and related processes.
Further you play a crucial part in the guidance and education of others in the department regarding the production of PSURs. Finally you participate in other department functions, e.g. signal detection, literature surveillance and preparation/maintenance of Company Core Safety Information sheets.
Experienced pharmacist with a communicative twist
You have an educational background as a pharmacist or an equivalent scientific degree. You have thorough experience in writing, assessing and coordinating PSURs and it is an advantage if you have general Pharmacovigilance experience.
Personally you have excellent cooperation and communication skills. You are analytical and well structured and possess good social competences and an interest in contributing to the further development of the department.
